Co-Facilitators and Presenters:

Cheryl Charles, Ph.D., is an innovator, author, organizational executive, educator and widely-sought public speaker. In the fall of 2015, Cheryl was named Research Scholar and founding Executive Director of the Nature Based Leadership Institute at Antioch University New England. 


Beverly Winterscheid, Ph.D., is a successful business person who left the corporate sector to create and serve as Founding Partner of the Center for Nature and Leadership (CNL) with its focus on nature-based leadership development. 

Steve Jones, Ph.D., is the former President of Antioch University New England. He is also a forester by training and a poet by choice. It was Steve’s vision as a founder that created the Nature Based Leadership Institute at AUNE.
