Free and open to the public. Topics: Labeling & Packaging, On-Farm Event Marketing, Social Media: Best Practices. Lunch provided by Lucas Mediterreanean Cafe and the Monadnock Food Coop.

Cheshire County Conservation District:
Each year the Cheshire County Conservation District sells conservation plants and seeds to raise funds that support our services and programming. Each year we take orders for mushrooms and plants including fruit trees, native shrubs and trees, bulbs, and hardy perennials.
Orders due March 2, pickup April 28 at Alyson's Orchard in Walpole
The Sustainability Project:
13th Annual Seed Celebration & Sustainable Community Fair
Join The Sustainability Project for a day of education and networking, plan your garden and stock up on organic seeds. This year's workshops will focus on stewardship and other skills necessary for living well in a changing world. Topics include: mycological landscaping, biochar, permaculture design, bioregionalism, financial permaculture, vermiculture, beekeeping, making kimchi and tools for personal and planetary growth. Throughout the day visit with local businesses and organizations, learn about local initiatives, check out the children's activities and catch up with your neighbors.

The Community Kitchen:
The Community Kitchen's annual Empty Bowls event is a fun way to help a local nonprofit raise funds and have a delicious lunch at the same time! Local artisans donate wonderful hand crafted bowls - out of clay, wood and other materials - local restaurants donate delicious locally made soups and both come together in a fun atmosphere made all the better by the breads and desserts that help the lunch be the best available in Keene that day! Tickets are $7 for anyone 12 and up, $3 under the age of 12. Buy a bowl and have your lunch for free!

Join us for the 2018 Statewide Gathering, held this year at Colby-Sawyer College in New London, NH. The NH Food Alliance remains focused on improving farm, fish, and food enterprise viability in New Hampshire, and therefore will offer a variety of workshops related to the work of the Action Teams and other Network Partners in the state.
